Esam Al-Falasi is the Director of the IT Department at the UAE Ministry of Economy. In this role, he is responsible for managing technology infrastructure and applications for various agencies and departments within the Ministry. Al-Falasi is also the Program Manager for the Ministry’s IT projects such as the Electronic Commodity Management System, Central Business License System, eServices migration, and Strategic Management System. Al-Falasi’s efforts in implementing appropriate, innovative and cost effective solutions to achieve competitive excellence based on the TOGAF methodology have enabled the Ministry of Economy to keep pace with latest developments in the IT domain. Brigadier Khalid Nasser Alrazooqi acts as the General Director of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police.
